1. Download All 3 Files From the given links and save it on your phone.
2. First Install Play! App On Your Phone.
3. After that install ZArchiver App On Your Phone.
4. Now Time to Extract Game file. So open ZArchiver App and find Resident Evil 4.7z file from your downloads. Click on that and click on Extract.
5. Now click on the green icon in the below right corner. It will start extracting your Resident Evil 4 game then you will get Resident Evil 4 iso file. This is an important file.
6. Now open Play! App. Then you will see the game icon in this app. Tap on the game icon.
7. Done, now it will open your game on your phone.
