Step by step tutorial :
1 Download picsart app (Download this app from the Google Play Store or from the given link)
2 download black page image from Google (this image for your thumbnail around)
3 open pics and select yours around the image.
4 crop the image up to 1280×720 (This is a default size of youtube video thumbnail)
5 now click on TEXT option. And enter the text which you want
Select color and chose a color for your text.
6 now if you want to add an extra image then select add image option
And ad images.
7 after all. Click on save to gallery.
