1. Rooted phone.(Try in non-rooted device also). I tested on only rooted phone so you can taste on non-rooted devices also
2. Download Lucky patcher app. download this app from the Google or from the given link below.
3. Download App which you want to install (which showing app not installed Error)
STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL TO FIX APP NOT INSTALLED :
1. First, download Lucky patcher app from the given link and install it on your android phone.
2. Now you need to download App which you want to install. (which showing app not installed Error). save it on your SD card folder (in any folder).
3. Open Lucky patcher app. Click on Rebuild & install option.
4. Now you will see your sd card. find your app which you want to install (which showing app not installed Error).
5. One click on this app which you downloaded before. then you will see Rebuild option. Then click on that option.
6. You will get some options. Select APK with changed permissions and Activities. Click on that.
7. You will get Rebuild the app option on the bottom of the phone. Click on that.
8. Now it will take some time. After some time you will see a prompt, press on OK.
9. Go back two times and open lucky patcher /modified /solid exterior (in your case it’s different from another app).
10. Now you will see your moded app. Which is mod by you. Just press install or just install this moded app on your phone.
11. DONE. Now your App not installed problem will solve.
